Winemaker Tasting Notes

This incredibly aromatic wine possesses an abundance of wild strawberry, chocolate covered cherry, cinnamon, candy cane beet, and fresh rose petal character. The palate is lithe and juicy; displaying pretty raspberry, red plum, tobacco, mineral, allspice, and coca nibs with fine-grained tannins on the finish.
