Winemaker Tasting Notes

The big, effusive nose shows copious amounts of black raspberry, dark plum, bing cherry, sl. tarragon, vanilla, barrel spice, and cedar. The flavors are deep and complex, displaying and enticing a combination of ripe boysenberry, wild plum cassis, violet, allspice, and clove with velvety tannins providing an extraordinary finish.
